Vinayak read law at the University of Durham and was admitted to the English Bar in 2004. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2007. He also holds an LL.M from University College London. Drawing from his experience both as a counsel in Malaysia and a foreign lawyer in Singapore, Vinayak specialises in dispute resolution and arbitration where he has appeared as counsel or co-counsel in various types of disputes in Malaysia and Singapore. Vinayak also focuses on arbitration where he regularly appears at the AIAC and SIAC.
