Our team has successfully constructed high value transactions including acquisition and disposal of real property, joint venture developments, commercial and industrial leasing. We also frequently provide advisory services on ancillary real estate issues, including obtaining regulatory/governmental approvals for property acquisitions and disposals, property development regulatory compliance and dealing with the relevant government authorities.
