Nagarajah Muttiah has vast experience in shipping litigation and maritime insurance. He is also actively involved in other practice areas such as aviation, building and construction as well as general & civil litigation. Nagarajah was called to the English Bar in 1979 and the Malaysian Bar in 1980 and has been active in practice for more than 40 years. He has appeared and acted in numerous landmark cases of importance. Nagarajah was the former President of the Malaysian Maritime Law Association and former member of the International Pacific Bar Association where he had presented a number of papers over the years.
